Book a consult

Start with a conversation, not a quote.

A consult is about 30 minutes. We cover who's going, what the trip is for, and what you want it to feel like. There's no charge and no obligation. If we're a fit, I'll tell you what planning would look like and what it costs. If we're not, I'll point you somewhere useful anyway.

How it goes

What happens next.

One

You send the form below with whatever you know so far. Rough is fine. "Somewhere in Asia in the fall" is enough to start.

Two

I'll come back within one business day with times. You can alsopick a time on my calendar yourself if that's easier.

Three

We talk. You leave with a clear next step, whether that's a proposal from me or a nudge in a better direction.

The form

Tell me about the trip.

Questions I get asked

Before you send it.

We talk for about 30 minutes. I ask who's going and what the trip is for, you tell me what you've loved before and what you'd rather skip, and I explain how I work and what planning costs. You leave knowing the next step either way.

No. The first call costs nothing and carries no obligation. If I'm not the right fit for the trip, I'll say so and point you somewhere useful.

No. About half the people who call me have a place in mind. The other half have a feeling, a milestone anniversary, a parent turning seventy, a winter that needs to end somewhere warm. We figure out the destination together.

I can still help. I review existing bookings, fix transfers that don't connect, and add the pieces a booking site couldn't sell you. Tell me what you have and I'll tell you where the gaps are.
