How quickly do you answer?

Within one business day, usually sooner. If a trip is leaving in the next couple of days, call me instead of writing, I'll pick up or call you back the same day.

Do you charge a planning fee?

It depends on the trip. Simple bookings often cost you nothing beyond what the supplier pays me. Complex itineraries, multi-country trips, and group travel carry a planning fee that we agree on before I start. The consult is where we sort that out.

Question 3

Can you help with a trip I already booked?

Accepted Answer

Yes. I review existing bookings, flag transfers that don't connect, and add the pieces the booking site couldn't sell you. Send me what you have and I'll tell you where the gaps are.

Do you work with clients outside South Dakota?

Accepted Answer

Most of them. I'm based in Sioux Falls and work with clients across the country by phone and email. Distance doesn't change how the planning works.
