The Experience
Most people spend 30 to 50 hours planning a single trip. Researching destinations, comparing hotels, sorting out logistics, second-guessing every decision. Hiring a luxury travel advisor is how that stops.
I spend that time so you don't have to.
I don't book trips. I build the version of your experience that only you could have. Because no two people travel the same way.
From the first conversation to the moment you return home, I handle the research, the coordination, the vendor relationships, and the details you wouldn't think to ask about until something goes wrong. Nothing is handed off. Nothing falls through.
I am compensated by the hotels, resorts, cruise lines, and suppliers when you travel. You are not paying more for your trip because I am involved. In many cases, the relationships and access I bring work in your favor.
For custom itineraries, I charge a Research and Concierge Care Fee. This covers the consultation, planning, and coordination that goes into building your trip before a single reservation is made. The fee varies by trip type and is confirmed before any work begins.
This is not a transaction. It is a professional service with your experience as the only metric that matters.
01
A short form, then a real conversation. I want to hear what the trip is for, who you're bringing, and what would make it feel like yours. Nothing about this stage is templated.
02
Two or three curated directions. Each with the hotel, the room category, the flights, and the reasons I chose them. You compare, ask questions, and decide without wading through forty tabs.
03
Reservations, timing, seat requests, dining, room preferences, the second-guess emails to suppliers. I stay reachable while you're away, so a hiccup on your end is a text on mine.
What happens after you reach out
You'll hear back from me within one business day with next steps and a link to book a call. Not a form response. Not an assistant.
Questions
Your best trip won't be found on a booking site. I build the version of your experience that only you could have. Because no two people travel the same way.
A search result can't show you which room faces the service road. Or which resort looked perfect in photos and felt off the moment you walked in.
That's the part I handle. Quietly, in advance, so you never have to.
