What does working with an advisor cost?

There is a planning fee, and I explain it in full on our first call before you commit to anything. It covers the research, the itinerary design, and the fact that someone is watching your trip while it happens.

Do you only book luxury travel?

I plan trips where the details matter and the budget is real. That ranges widely. What stays constant is that the trip is built around how you actually want to travel, not a package someone else designed.

Where are you based, and does it matter?

I am based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and work with clients nationwide. Almost everything happens by call, email, and text, so your location is not a limitation.

Question 4

How far ahead should I reach out?

For a custom group trip or a peak-season departure, six to twelve months is comfortable. For something simpler, less. If your dates are close, ask anyway and I will tell you honestly what is still possible.

What happens if something goes wrong during the trip?

You call or text me. Missed connections, closed restaurants, a room that is not what was promised. That is the part of the job that does not show up in the itinerary.

Can you plan travel for a large group?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Family reunions, milestone celebrations, wedding weekends, and corporate incentive trips are a core part of what I do, including managing rooming lists and payment deadlines so you do not have to.
