Who I am
Paradise Travel is a DBA of JetSet Studios LLC, based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. I'm Beverly Schulte, CTA, and I run it myself. When this policy says "I" or "me," it means Paradise Travel. You can reach me anytime at beverly@paradisetravelstudio.com or 605-212-4817.
What I collect
I collect what you share with me so I can plan and book your travel. That includes names, email addresses, phone numbers, mailing addresses, dates of birth, and passport or ID details when a supplier requires them. It also includes your travel preferences, the occasion you're celebrating, and any dietary, medical, or accessibility needs you choose to tell me about.
Most payments go directly to the supplier or through my secure client management system. When a supplier needs a signed card authorization form, I store it securely, use it only for that booking, and destroy it once the payment is complete.
When you visit paradisetravelstudio.com, the site uses cookies and similar tools to understand how visitors use the site and to measure my advertising. The section below names each one. These tools never receive your mobile number or your text messaging consent.
My private trip app, Your Trip by Paradise Travel, does not run advertising or tracking tools on your trip pages.
Tools that run on this site
Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, from Meta Platforms. The Pixel records which pages you view and when you send me a form or tap my phone number, email, or consult link. When you send a form, my server also tells Meta about it directly. That server message carries your email and phone number scrambled into a one-way code (SHA-256), your IP address, your browser type, and Meta's own cookie IDs. It never carries your name, what you wrote in the form, or anything about your health. I use this to see whether my Facebook and Instagram ads reach the right people.
Google Analytics, from Google. The site is set up for it, but it isn't switched on yet, so right now nothing goes to Google Analytics. When I turn it on, it will count page views, form sends, and clicks on my phone number, email, and consult link, and it will follow your privacy choices the same way.
Lovable, the company that hosts this site, keeps basic visit statistics such as page views and the country a visit came from, so I can see overall traffic.
Google reCAPTCHA checks each form to keep out spam bots. Google sees information about your browser and how you use the page while it does this.
Flodesk is the email service I use for my occasional notes. When you leave your email in the Trip Finder on my homepage, I add it to Flodesk along with your name if you gave it and the kind of trip you picked, so my notes match what you're dreaming about. You can unsubscribe from any email.
When you join a group trip interest list, I save your first name, optional last name, email and any group details you share. I add your name and email to the matching group list in Flodesk so I can keep you posted as plans come together. You can unsubscribe from any email.
TravelJoy is the client system I use to run each trip. When you send a trip request, charter request, consult request or message, Zapier passes your details and answers to TravelJoy so I can plan from one place. Newsletter and interest list signups don't go to TravelJoy.
The charter planner
The charter planner on my charters pages uses AI. What you type or choose there, like dates, group size, budget, and interests, is sent through Lovable's AI service to an OpenAI model, which suggests charter destinations from my list. I don't save what you type into the planner. I use it only to suggest charter ideas, and I don't use it to make decisions about anyone.
How you found me
When you first land on the site, I note where you came from. That means the page that sent you, the first page you saw, any campaign tags in the link (utm source, medium, campaign, term, and content), Facebook and Google click IDs, and whether you came from an AI assistant like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, or Meta AI. It sits in a cookie on your browser for 90 days. If you've opted out, it lasts only until you close your browser. When you send me a form, these details are saved with it so I know which of my efforts are working.
How I use it
I use your information to plan, book, and support your trip before, during, and after you travel. I use it to send trip updates by email, text, or app notification when you've agreed to receive them. I send my newsletter only if you subscribed, and every email includes an unsubscribe link. I also use it to keep accurate business records and meet legal requirements.
Who I share it with
I share your information only with the people who need it to deliver your trip. That means the hotels, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, airlines, and travel insurance providers holding your reservations, and my host agency, WorldVia, when needed to process a booking or commission.
I use trusted service providers to run my business, including my client management system, email, text messaging, and website hosting. They handle your information only to provide those services to me.
I share information when the law requires it.
I never sell your personal information.
Text messages
If you check the box to receive texts, I'll text you only about your inquiry and your trip. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and text message consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Texting is optional. If you check the texting box on one of my forms, I record your consent with the date and time, and I never share or sell it for marketing.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.
You can stop texts anytime by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Full details are in my SMS Terms at paradisetravelstudio.com/sms-terms.
Sensitive details
Dietary, medical, and accessibility details you share in the Your Trip app are visible only to me. Unless you ask me to keep them for future trips, they're deleted 30 days after you return home.
How long I keep information
I keep trip and booking records as long as I need them to serve you and to meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements.
How I protect it
I use password-protected systems and limit access to only what's needed for your trip. No system is perfectly secure. If something happens that affects your information, I'll let you know as the law requires.
Your privacy rights
You can ask me to show you the personal information I have about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and out of targeted advertising. Email me at beverly@paradisetravelstudio.com for any of these.
To opt out of advertising and analytics on this site, go to Your Privacy Choices at paradisetravelstudio.com/privacy-choices and turn the switch off. That stops the Meta Pixel, the Meta Conversions API, and Google Analytics for that browser for 12 months. The link is at the bottom of every page.
I honor Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends that signal, I treat you as opted out automatically.
I respond to every request within 45 days. I won't treat you any differently, or charge you more, for using these rights.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information at any time. Email beverly@paradisetravelstudio.com and I'll take care of it. Some records I'm required to keep for legal or accounting reasons.
Children
My services are for adults. When a trip includes children, I collect their details only from a parent or guardian, and only what the booking requires.
Changes
If I update this policy, I'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
