We had an absolutely exceptional experience with our travel agent for our trip to Ireland. From the very beginning, every detail was handled with such care, professionalism, and thoughtfulness. Traveling internationally can feel overwhelming, but we were able to truly enjoy our time in Ireland knowing that everything had been so beautifully planned and organized for us. The accommodations, transportation, recommendations, timing, and all of the little details came together seamlessly. What impressed us most was the level of personal attention, we never felt like just another client. We felt genuinely cared for throughout the entire experience. Ireland was an incredibly special trip for our family, and having someone we could trust completely made such a difference. We came home with wonderful memories and so much gratitude for everything that was done to make our trip effortless and memorable. Beverly was amazing to work with and delivered exactly what we wanted on our European trip to Italy, France, and Ireland. Every excursion (lunch at the Eiffel Tour, dinner cruise on the Seine, private guide around the coastal towns of Ireland) were magical. She even went above and beyond to locate our lost luggage (in Chicago) on the way there and facilitated the airlines finding our lost bags, shipping them to Europe, and having a courier deliver them to our hotel in Paris! A+ customer service. Thank you Beverly!!!
My group of 6 spent ten days in Cozumel. Beverly at Paradise Travel planned the whole thing and that's the best decision we made. Jeep rental to tour the island with stops Punta Sur Eco Beach Park to see the crocodiles, the lighthouse and a rum tasting. The Otoch Mayan Experience with a private guide. Chankanaab for the Dolphin Encounter where we swam with dolphins and manatees. A glass bottom boat tour with snorkeling on the reef. Shopping and dinner in San Miguel. A ferry day trip to Playa del Carmen with time on 5th Avenue and dinner already reserved. I didn't know what I was missing until I didn't have to think about any of it. The private guide at the Otoch Mayan ruins was something we never would've found on our own. I'm already planning my next trip with her.
Beverly is amazing! She is so thoughtful and really listens to what you want out of your trip. She went back and forth with me many times to get the perfect resort and location that met all of our needs. I will definitely be working with her on our future trips!! She made it so effortless and easy to decide where to go. She sent so many helpful tips and things we never would have thought of. I highly recommend her as your travel agent for your next trip!!
Our South Padre Winter Getaway was a great time the hotel was perfect and the employees were helpful. Our excursions of parasailing, Brownsville tour and Space X were enjoyable. Thanks for your help.
We spent an amazing month at Hilton Garden Inn and Suites thanks to Beverly Schulte's great help! We had the perfect room with a beautiful view of the ocean! Loved the sunrise every morning. Beverly did a wonderful job getting the room we wanted and it was easy to get to where we wanted to go.
