Why Europe Requires an Advisor Who Has Been There.

Europe is the most over-documented destination on earth and one of the easiest to get wrong. Every restaurant in Rome has thousands of reviews. Most of them are not worth your time. The villa in Tuscany that looks perfect online may sit on a busy road. The "boutique hotel" in Paris may have a beautiful lobby and a room that does not match it.

I've got the firsthand knowledge and supplier relationships to tell the difference. That is what you are paying for.

Italy

Italy is a trip I plan a lot. The Amalfi Coast, Tuscany, Sicily, the Dolomites, and each region has a character, a season, and a set of properties that suit it. I design itineraries that move at the right pace, stay at properties worth the price, and include the dinners and experiences that require knowing someone rather than just a reservation system.

France

Paris done right looks nothing like Paris done from a guidebook. I design French itineraries built around private access, off-calendar timing, and the properties in Provence, the Riviera, and the Loire Valley that reward travelers who know to ask for them.

Greece

Greece.

Santorini is extraordinary. It is also one of the most crowded places in the Mediterranean in peak season. I navigate the timing and the property selection that makes it work and I know which other islands (Mykonos, Crete, Milos, Hydra) suit which kind of traveler better.

Ireland rewards slow travel and local relationships. I design itineraries that move beyond the Ring of Kerry into castle stays, private coastal drives, and experiences that feel genuinely Irish rather than staged for tourists.

Late April through June and September through October. You get good weather, lighter crowds and better rooms. Summer is beautiful and busy, and the Amalfi Coast and Santorini book out first. I match the month to where you're going and what you want to do.

Eight to twelve months for peak season travel, particularly Amalfi Coast and Santorini. Six months is workable for shoulder season. I can sometimes move faster depending on destination and dates.

Yes. I design multi-country European itineraries regularly. Italy and Greece, France and Spain, Ireland and Scotland. The key is pacing. Too many countries in too little time is the most common mistake I steer clients away from.
